I enjoy facilitating transformation on many levels:

Transforming homes and work spaces with Organizing, Interior Design and individualized system development to meet you and your families needs.

I also support exploration & transformation of stuck trauma with Buti Mvmnt and Somatic Movement Practices.

I grew up in NC the daughter of a collector of collections.

I worked in senior and disability services for 15 years as a Nanny, Caregiver, Activity Coordinator in Adult Day Health Care and SubAcute Skilled Nursing Facilities and for the Area Agency on Aging’s Caregiver Support Project.

In 2006, when I decided to follow my passion for organizing,
I brought all of the compassion, integrity, confidentiality and enthusiasm for people of all types and abilities into my practice. Meeting people where they are and helping them to acheive the goals they have for themselves and their spaces.

I don’t make anyone get rid of anything. Instead I help you figure out what is meaningful to you and organize it in a way that makes sense for your life and family.

Seeing how hard it is to let go of things when you think they are headed for the landfill helped me to recognize the need for a haul away service that includes gifting the community with the items my clients let go of. I work with charities, community centers, schools, libraries and individuals in need to keep these items out of the landfill and in the community where they can do the most good.

Through my own healing process I have learned that our “stuff” is not just external. We also harbor clutter (traumatic memories and trauma) in our bodies (soma). As a Somatic Practitioner I can help you to explore, acknowledge and release this body clutter. Freeing you to be even more of your true self .

Buti is a somatic movement practice that seamlessly fuses functional movement with cardio dance and multidimensional strength training. This practice challenges the body across all planes of motion while engaging the senses in a sweat dripping, beat driven journey like no other.
